Although it hasn’t snowed recently, the weather has been stunningly sunny and the conditions are very good wintery hard-pack on most pistes. All three areas on the Swiss side are open as are the two sectors on the Italian side. The resorts runs are all open and the mountain restaurants are in full swing. Skiing on white snow under a blue sky in the warm sun is a great way to celebrate Christmas.
