Excellent location, fantastic views, plenty of space, easily walkable to central Zermatt and transportation. The crew meets you on arrival so you can’t get lost. Would definitely stay again.

This was the second time we’ve stayed at Chalet Nevis, and we would stay again without a doubt. It’s a beautiful, well appointed, and extremely comfortable apartment, with a stunning view of the Matterhorn. There were many extra touches that made all the difference to our two-week trip – we were picked up and dropped off at the station, the refreshments in the fridge for our arrival, bathrobes and slippers, our laundry being done… We couldn’t have felt more cossetted, nor had a better time in beautiful Zermatt. Thoroughly recommended! Thank you to everyone!

We had a wonderful time at an apartment near the center of town with a great view of the Matterhorn The team from Mountain Exposure were extremely helpful and responsive, booking restaurants, making recommendations, taking us to and from the train station and helping with anything we needed. A special shout out to Mathilde who was our main contact and couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive. Thank you for making it such a a great all round experience!

Great home, great location, wonderful view of the Matterhorn from the dinning table and the deck! The place was homey and spacious. Kitchen was well appointed – we cooked a few dinners with ease! Will stay here again.

Chalet Nevis provided an outstanding Zermatt experience for my family. We spent a week and really enjoyed the apartment. The view of the Matterhorn, the surrounding mountains and of Zermatt were amazing, and the location, just a few minute walk to town was perfect for a week of skiing, sightseeing and enjoying the beautiful village of Zermatt. Communication with our host prior to arrival was fantastic with all of our questions being answered very quickly, including tips on where to eat and what to do. Upon our arrival we were greeted at the train station and taken up to the chalet where we had all of our questions about the area answered and were able to get information we needed to plan our week. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing, no surprises. The fridge was stocked with some essentials for us to use upon arrival, before we had a chance to go out and pick up groceries from either of the two nearby markets. It even had a fully decorated tree as we were there over Christmas week. The daily emails from mountain exposure with ski condition reports, suggestions on where to ski and what to do on the one day that most of the lifts were closed due to high wind / bad weather were also extremely helpful. It was really nice to have local experts help us make the best of our time in Zermatt. We really could not have asked for more for our holiday in the alps. I would highly recommend this property, or one of the others from mountain exposure if you are planning a trip to Zermatt. You won’t be disappointed.
