Half-board
Catered Luxury Chalets
A sensory treat awaits you when you book one of our chalets with half-board for groups of two to 34 people. Your reservation with us includes:
- Exclusive use of the chalet and its facilities
- Bed linen, towels, guest amenities on arrival
- Assistance from our staff pre-arrival and in-resort assistance from our concierge team
- Free access to high-speed wireless internet
- Pre-trip personalised menu consultation
- Half board, six out of seven days*, which includes:
- Full cooked breakfast*
- Afternoon tea and cake*
- Champagne to welcome you on the day of your arrival
- Magnificent four course gourmet dinner served with house wines* and a selection of canapés before
- Children’s menu if required
- Open bar
- Dedicated service from the chalet staff, six out of seven days*
- All taxes except Visitor’s Tax
Our resident bookings and concierge team will ensure that you get the most out of your holiday and will help you select a number of other services. These may include child care, health and beauty treatments, planning your heli-skiing adventures, booking your restaurants, ski lessons and transfer arrangements, or designing and hosting corporate events.
* Our staff has one day off per week. For this day we will book a restaurant of your choice for you. Continental breakfast will be prepared for you the previous evening.
Bed & breakfast
Bed & Breakfast Luxury Chalets
When you book one of our chalets on a bed and breakfast basis, you will be looked after your personal MX Zermatt concierge and your chalet breakfast staff. The following are included in your reservation:
- Exclusive use of the chalet and its facilities
- Bed linen, towels, guest amenities on arrival
- Assistance from our staff pre-arrival and in resort assistance from our concierge team
- Free access to high-speed wireless internet
- Full cooked breakfast (six out of seven days)
- Self-service bar – a complimentary starter selection of house wine, beer and spirits
- Dedicated service from the chalet staff, six out of seven days*
- All taxes except Visitor’s Tax
Your chalet host & concierge will assist with our MX Zermatt concierge services
* Our staff has one day off per week. For this day Continental breakfast will be prepared for you the previous day.
Self-catered
Self-catered Luxury Chalets
When you book one of our chalets on a self-catered basis, you will be looked after your personal MX Zermatt concierge, before, during and after your stay with us. The following are included in your reservation:
- Exclusive use of the chalet and its facilities
- Bed linen, towels, guest amenities on arrival
- Assistance from our staff pre-arrival and in resort assistance from our concierge team
- Welcome basket (for all bookings five days or more)
- Cleaning on departure
- Free access to high-speed wireless internet
- The services of your personal MX Zermatt concierge.
- Your team can also arrange:
- Housekeeping services
- Extra linen and towels
- External laundry service (washed and ironed)
- Shopping Service, extra firewood, fridge-fill
- Various other services as offered by our partner suppliers.

Mountain Concierge

Our resident bookings and concierge team will ensure that you get the most out of your holiday and will help you select a number of other services. Zermatt is famous for having more Michelin-rated restaurants on the slopes than any other ski resort. If you wish to combine your skiing with a gourmet experience on the slopes, why not book our Gourmet Ski Guide? Your exclusive guide will choose and book your restaurant, ski with you, get you to lunch on time to a table that has been booked according to the weather, angle of the sun, wind-speed and direction, your dietary requirements and every other comfort, and provide expert advice on food and wine menus! This is a unique service, brought to you by MX Zermatt.

Recognized for its family-friendly atmosphere, Zermatt offers a variety of child care options and children’s skiing programs that we’re more than happy to organize for you. The safety of the car-free streets, combined with the convenience of electric taxis, makes navigating the village and reaching the ski lifts stress-free, even with little ones in tow.
Beyond the thrill of skiing, Zermatt is a treasure trove of family activities. Kids can enjoy ice-skating, play areas, a bike ramp, skate park, hockey, indoor climbing, swimming, a treetop adventure park, and a cinema with a selection of child-friendly movies.
